At the Beginning…
The sensational Cuban Groove Dance Company was created by Chris and Jaci in 2006. The BBC requested that they put together an elite team of dancers for the hugely successful, prime time show, Strictly Come Dancing. Their fiery salsa dance performances wowed an audience of over 9 million viewers, and that night was truly the start of something special.
After receiving such an amazing reaction from press, their peers and the viewers, Chris and Jaci knew that the Cuban Groove Dance Company was capable of producing West End standard theatre shows. They choreographed a full cabaret act, performing Salsa alongside other dances in their repertoire to make a Cuban Groove show an unforgettable evening of sensational dance at the theatre.
Cuban Groove have performed in some of the finest establishments in the world, including Grosvenor House, The NEC and the Mall of the Emirates in Dubai where the Cuban Groove show was seen by over 60,000 people. The unmissable dance company have worked with internationally renowned businesses such as Harrods, HSBC and Virgin Airways as well as numerous celebrities.
